Your 6 Point Ideal Morning Routine
1- Wake up at least an hour before your usual time
If you wake up at 6 am then try waking up at 5 am. If you wake up at 10 am then try waking up at 9 am.
Once you are up, without spending time on thinking what you should do...go brush your teeth and wash your face with cold water. And get ready for part number 2 because your ideal morning routine is about to start!
2- Start with some sort of self-development task like reading an uplifting book, learn a new skill on YouTube, Take part on an online course.

Try searching tips on YouTube
Do you want to finish reading that book that is on your bedside table? You can do it now!
Do you want to look for new jobs?

Try learning new courses to enhance your CV
Is it a recipe that you wanted to try for a long time? You can now make a list of the ingredients that you need to buy on your way home to make it tonight!
3- Meditate
There are tons and tons of different ways to Meditate. I will start with the simple ones to help your Ideal Morning routine:
Sit comfortably with a good back support and focus on your breathing.
The goal is to give your mind some rest from all the 60 000 thousands we have per day. The brain is the most important organ we have and we need to give it a rest.
Even if your mind takes you back to thoughts just bring it back to peace and focus on inhaling and exhaling. At the end of the session you are going to feel an unimaginable peace all over your body and you will be so addicted you will want more and more of it.
Meditation gives your brain the boost it needs to think clearly and make precise decisions, it gives the brain the juice to a healthy mindset.
4- Doing some sort of exercise to get your blood running
It can be anything really, a few pull ups, push ups, running, yoga. It will feed your body with positive momentum to face the day ahead with positive energy.
5- Practice Visualisation
What is visualisation? Visualisation is conscious thinking. Do you want a specific car? Job? Person? Close your eyes and visualize exactly what you want. And while you're at it also fill your heart with love and gratefulness for everything you already have even if it's not much.
Take time and keep that feeling going for a few minutes. See how you feel about it.
Even if it's not real you will feel good about it.

6- Practice affirmations
I am going to give you a List of Affirmation that you can start memorising and repeat it to yourself everyday whenever you have a few minutes.
In addition to that, take note of the app "I am - Daily Affirmations". You can download this app on iOS and Android, this app will keep reminding you of beautiful quotes that you should be reading and saying to yourself.
