Once you have the File uploaded, please head over to the Lightroom Application:
1)Select an image from your gallery
2)From the bottom menu that will appear after clicking on the image select Presets
3)Click on the 3 Dots that appear on top
4)Select Import Presets
5)Select the file that you bought
6) It will be automatically added to your library for you to use at any time you like

Some Presets may pop up a message saying that they are partially Incompatible but there is nothing to fear they will still apply the changes in the picture. Sometimes the images dont need certain enhancements depending on your camera so only those won't be applied.
