These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the use of the website www.experience-life.co.uk (‘Website’), operated by Experience Life Limited (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’), Company Number 16423981, registered in England and Wales.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Website Use
The Website provides travel-related blog content, competitions (raffles) based on skill-based entry questions, and may offer goods or services for sale in the future. All users must be at least 18 years old to participate in competitions.
2. Competitions
Competitions offered on this Website are skill-based and not games of chance. To enter a competition, participants must correctly answer a skill-based question.
We reserve the right to:
– Limit the number of entries.
– End a competition early if all tickets are sold.
– Extend or cancel competitions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Proof of identity and age (18+) is required to claim prizes. If a winner cannot provide valid documentation, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
3. Postal Entries
Competitions can be entered via a free postal entry method. To enter:
– You must first create a free account on the Website.
– Send a postcard with the following: your full name, address, date of birth, contact number, the email used for your Website account, and clearly state the competition you wish to enter.
Postal Entry Terms:
– Each postcard will receive a randomly allocated ticket number.
– Confirmation will be sent via email.
– Postal entries must be sent using Royal Mail first- or second-class post.
– Hand-delivered or postage-free entries will not be accepted.
– Postal entries must be received by 4pm the week before the draw date. Late entries will not be valid.
– Competitions will reserve ticket availability for at least 4 days to allow time for postal entries.
– Postal entries are equal in status to paid entries.

4. Draw Process
Winners will be chosen via:
– An integrated automatic random number generator, or via a manual draw conducted by the Website host (Pria).
Results will be announced publicly and winners will be contacted via email and/or phone.
5. Prize Fulfilment
– Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of winner confirmation.
– Cash prizes will be transferred via bank transfer.
– Shipping and handling will be covered by us unless stated otherwise.
6. Blogs and Future Sales
Our Website also features travel blogs and editorial content. We may also offer physical or digital products for purchase in the future. All product sales will be subject to separate terms and conditions provided at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
